 Freddy Thyes is a senior multi-media expert working at an international level. His broad expertise covers all aspects of setting-up and managing companies in the multi-media sector. He participated in the launch and management of multimedia/broadcast companies in a number of European countries. He was TV director of CLT/RTL, co-founder and CEO of RTL4 and RTL5 in The Netherlands. He was also president of TV Europe of SBS Broadcasting, as well as president and member of the management Board of the publishing group Saint-Paul. He presently is director and strategic advisor of the worldwide operating TV network LUXE.TV and holds further directorships in a number of companies. |

 Gernot Busch started his professional career in the media and print business with Axel Springer Verlag and others, held positions of Managing Director within the German private cable-operator AVB/Urbana and since 1988 within SES ASTRA in the Marketing department in Luxembourg. From 2001 he manages the Busch Media Consulting Group and manages Broadcast and Technology projects of infrastructure provider and broadcasters. He contributes to media congresses and specialist journals, cooperate in many working groups of German industry associations like ZVEI, TV-Plattform and Bitkom and is member of the Forum Digitale Medien (FDM) run by the German Ministry of Economics for broadcast digitalization |
